About Tundi

As a PhD candidate, my research focuses on developing and evaluating a co-designed yoga intervention aimed at reducing anxiety in autistic children. This research reflects my commitment to accessible, evidence-based approaches to mental health.

In my roles as a lecturer and tutor, I combine practical experience with research-driven insights. I coordinate undergraduate and postgraduate units in psychology and mental health, enjoying the opportunity to mentor and engage with students as they deepen their understanding of the field.

My career has also included hands-on roles supporting children with autism and other neurodevelopmental conditions. These experiences have provided valuable insights into how theoretical knowledge can inform meaningful, real-world interventions for children and their families.

I’m passionate about contributing to a better understanding of how targeted interventions can support children. My work is driven by a desire to contribute to research that is not only rigorous but also directly beneficial to children, families, and practitioners.

If you’d like to learn more about my work or discuss opportunities for collaboration, I’d love to hear from you.
